Had a really great stay with my dad, we spent 2 nights here, everything was great. My room was bright and exceptional, enjoyed the absolutely gorgeous view. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were a kitchenette and netflix available.

The location is favourable, close to everything. It's also just off great restaurants, shops and the water as well as the beach.

The room is a bit cramped.

The room was modern and updated with great views, a living area and netflix. The spacious bathroom was a plus.

Comfortable bed and room was beautifully decorated. The staff was responsive and provided us with tips. The hotel had indeed a quiet location close to everything.

Confusing room numbering system.

sun and sound in montauk was even better than our previous stay. the clean rooms, friendly staff, and amazing views made us feel at home. we can't wait to come back next year!

Hair dryer missing.

Wonderful hotel and the location right on the beach was marvellous and amazing. We appreciated exceptional rooms with a view and the stuff were great and nice. Everything here was great.

Planned to see Montauk major attractions and it was chilled-out base for visiting all of them.

Cute spot near dock & downtown. Amazing staff. Hot water problem switched rooms. Nice updated bathrooms. Old exterior, but renovated rooms. Loved spacious room, large kitchen & fridge. Comfortable bed. Fantastic location. Many amenities, stocked kitchenettes, abundant towels, pool towels. Great facilities, clean rooms, fresh bedsheets. Amazing cable TV, friendly staff.
